The Brigs from the track

Our entrance track starts at the top of the hill descending into Clashnessie. Your sat nav may direct you to turn left, but our track is on the right, opposite a white elevated box that used to contain eggs for sale. There is a farm gate across the track displaying a "no entry" sign and one for The Brigs. Continue along the track towards the waterfall. After 200 metres take the right fork which leads directly to The Brigs.

The Brigs from the Lochinver road approaching Clashnessie

The B859 is a single track road with passing places, not recommended for caravans.  Use the passing places to allow on coming and faster vehicles to pass.  Sheep and deer take priority over motor vehicles!  Continue through Clachtoll, past the junction to Clashmore/ Point of Stoer, to Clashnessie (8 miles from Lochinver junction).
